Do you have a residential drop off program?

We currently do not have a residential drop off program, but we do work with many neighboring municipalities. Contact your local government to see if they work with us.

What do you take?

We take any food waste a business may produce. All the way from expired produce to foods with defects. Instead of wasting all that money to send it to a landfill to rot, you can send it to us. Although, our digester is like a human stomach; if you wouldn’t eat it if it were fresh, it shouldn’t be put in our system. So, use your best discretion to decide.

Do you accept compostable cutlery and other dinnerware?

We can accept a small amount of this material if it is sprinkled in with the food waste. Although, we can not take a whole load of compostable dinnerware. We like to implore a 90-10 rule when it comes to non-food elements that go through our system. This includes 90% food and 10% packaging. The compostable material, in this case, will count as packaging.

Do you accept food with bones?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any food with bones. These bones can cause internal damage to our equipment. It could cause delays in our system which could affect the customer.
